Children's Ministries

Odyssey

Odyssey Youth Group is for those neat preteen 5th - 6th graders who are ready for fun and more in-depth life lessons, great interactions with peers, and way cool big kid games! Join us Wednesday's from 6:30 to 8:00pm.

Child Care

You can assume that if there is a ministry program going on at the church, that childcare is provided for newborns through age 2. Caring volunteers who are trained, prepared, and screened to help you and your children, staff the nursery and toddler room. There is a secure sign in and sign out procedure.

Children's Sunday School

There is a class for every child from Kindergarten through grade 6 in our children's Sunday School division at 9:00. (Preschool and younger children are cared for in the nursery suite.) There is a heavy emphasis on Bible teaching and memorization. A team of teachers who use published curriculum from Scripture Press teaches the classes.

Children's Church

During the second half of the 10:30 Worship Service, children in Kindergarten through 4th grade may attend Junior Church. This ministry is scheduled so that children can begin to experience worship with their parents and other adults. Preschoolers are cared for in the nursery suite during the Worship Service.

Kids in Mission

On the last Sunday of the month children in Kindergarten through 6th grade are dismissed from the service to attend Kids in Missions, a special missions focus time for children.

Five Day Clubs

We conduct age based Five Day Clubs instead of a single VBS.  The ministry culminates in a rally where all the clubs come together.
